Intervention
We provide a diagnostic framework that uses collaborative analysis to understand the organization’s current state, plan for the company’s optimal performance level, and identify the drawbacks. Then, we conduct an intervention by designing a performance improvement strategy that prioritizes solutions and success indicators for monitoring progress, along with evaluating and reassessing. The following five steps are carried out in close collaboration with our clients.
Five Step Process To Identify Current State-of-Business
Engagement
The organization’s management team communicates the expectations, objectives, and any external factors that may influence the analytical process. The problems are identified and framed by our experts, so that they are addressed to improve productivity and embrace opportunities
Data Collection and Diagnosis
Data is collected via series of facilitated focus group discussions and interviews over a one-week period conducted. Our team then examines the data and presents the results, conclusions, and suggestions under each competency area.
Prioritizing and Planning
Priorities are established based on the data collected and discussed with the management. An all-inclusive strategic plan is developed comprising the findings, suggestions, implementation dates, required resources, responsible parties, and success indicators.
Leading and Managing Change
At this step, a suitable intervention program is chosen and implemented to bring about change in individuals, groups, structural components, or the entire institution.
Monitoring and Evaluating
This phase is intended to track and assess the results of the intervention throughout the life of the program. The evaluation is based on stakeholder’s and wide range of scientifically gathered data.
